Elks 6 Honors Eagle Scout's Project 2021 :
Sacramento, CA. The Lodge recognized Andrew Van Wagner from Boy Scout troop 136, on September 22, 2021, at a Lodge dinner, as he presented his Eagle Scout Project to the Lodge and the community
of Sacramento. Van Wagner designed and built a flag retirement repository box for placement in the Lodge lobby. The flags deposited by the public and Lodge members will be honorably and
respectfully disposed of during the Lodges Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony. Instructions on either side of the box explain when it is time to retire a flag.
